Delivery:
Orders are processed Mondays to Saturdays except bank holidays. Dispatch of parcels is made from Germany within 1 to 4 working days following receipt of your order, depending on stocks being available.
A detailed invoice in your name will be attached to your order. A contribution to the costs of dispatch (post and packing) is added to the order total. It is € 4.95 for Europe (Andorra, Austria, Belgium, the Canaries, Cyprus, Denmark, the Faroes, Finland, France (except overseas dominions and territories), Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom) and € 6.95 for the rest of Europe and all other countries. In Germany you don't have to pay post and packing!
Delivery times:
Delivery is made by parcel post. For all orders to be delivered in Europe, you should expect a delivery time of 3 to 7 working days counting from receipt of your order form by Optiker24.de. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for postal delays.
Availability of the products:
If despite our attention a product turns out to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock at the supplier etc.) after your order has been accepted, we undertake to inform you of this within 3 working days and to inform you of the length of the wait. If you wish, you may cancel or change your order by contacting us by email on order@optiker24.de.
As well as the products offered, the Optiker24.de store undertakes to give all of its customers the best online sales services. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attention and a sympathetic ear.
Guaranteed right of return:
We guarantee the quality of all the products in our store. In accordance with the current law on distance selling, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the goods intact with the product packaging unopened within 14 days of their receipt so as to obtain a quick exchange or refund.
A copy of the invoice must accompany your returned goods as well as a note stating the reason for the return. We will process the exchange or refund within 10 working days of the receipt and check of the goods. The costs of returning the goods will also be refunded in the case of an error caused by us. The products must be carefully packed. The Optiker24.de store is entitled to refuse damaged or used products. The goods must have postage prepaid and be sent by registered mail to the following address:

We accept no liability in the event of a breach of our contractual duties arising from an act of God or force majeure such as, but not limited to, catastrophes, strikes, fire, flood, faults in or breakdown of equipment, of means of transport or of communication or as a result of your actions. We accept no liability in the event of a delay caused by the supplier being out of stock or in the event of an error in the presentation of the products on our site, the photographs, text and illustrations showing the products, these things not being contractual.
